Summary

One of the most popular procedure for the estimating spatial correlation between different environment factors is an account of geo statistical features such as SADIE (spatial analysis by distance indices). It can be used to explanation spatial distribution one environmental factors by other.

The main result for present study was the range of geostatistical index SADIE as 0.68 between D. destructor and symptoms of ditylenchosis. Secondly the estimated range of SADIE was 0.93 between tubers with ditylenchosis symptoms and local moisture in the field. It does mean that ditylenchosis can be observed in local moisture areas.
