Summary

The analysis of the state of innovative antiparasitic drug development based on nano- and mechanochemical technologies and targeted delivery (Drug Delivery System) is represented. The development of supramolecular complexes of antiparasitic drugs based on mechanochemical technology can improve the solubility, bioavailability and efficacy of agents.
