Summary

Immunotropic activity of mebendazole given to mice at oral therapeutic dose level of 75 mg/kg twice manifested in suppression of effector cell functional activity of delayed hypersensitivity type. Roncoleukin administered subcutaneously twice at dose of 10000 IU/kg caused the insignificant induction of cellular response. It was shown that roncoleukin combined with mebendazole completely eliminates the adverse effect of the latter. The positive effect of mebendazole and roncoleukin combination was the result of multidirectional mode of immunobiological effect on the cellular immune response.
