EFFECTS OF BACTERIA ATTRIBUTED TO GENUS BACILLUS ON AFFECTION OF CUCUMBER PLANTS BY MELOIDOGYNE INCOGNITA IN LABORATORY CONDITIONS

Summary

Analysis of gall formation indicates on existence of nematicidal properties in tested bacterial strains Bacillus sp. BZR 277 with gall formation index of 1,6 scores and in the embodiment with the strain Bacillus sp. BZR 86 - 0 scores. In comparable versions: control – 2,8 scores, standard – 0,6 scores. The found biological effectiveness of agents based on the strain of Bacillus sp. BZR 277 is 42,8% and on the basis of the strain Bacillus sp. BZR ranges 86% to 100%.
