INVESTIGATION OF HELMINTH FAUNA OF STERLET (ACIPENSER RUTHENUS (L.)) IN RESERVOIRS OF THE VOLGOGRAD REGION

Summary

One have recorded in sterlet 5 helminth species attributed to 3 classes: Monogenoi, Trematoda and Nematoda. The infection extensity is 100% what affects on sterlet population. The investigations of helminth fauna in sterlet in the Volgograd Region now have the actual character as the studying and systematics of helminths in this fish have been performed in 70-80 years.
