Summary. Thelazia spp. infection of cattle is widely spread in the Russian Federation and causes the serious economic losses in animal husbandry. This infection is recorded annually at the territory of the Voronezh Region. Investigation of this infection and development of scientifically substantiated measures on control and prophylaxis are necessary.
